 . Different from the testing stage, you need use large amplification/volume. So set the frequency,  turn the volume up, and bang! break. (Make sure you use the protective shielding cover.)

-Amplifier: a) Bell Sound System: Red, Level 3. b) Black (larger) Amplifier: cart near your desk. If you are breaking a wine glass with resonance frequency below 550 Hz or above 650 Hz or the bell doesn't work, use the black amplifier.
-Protective Shielding Cover: Yellow, bottom
-Glass Thickness: Maximum 1.1mm, usually model Rona Slovakia 12 Oz bought from Pier 1 Imports.
