Diamagnetic Levitation (new)
Description
A small magnet is levitated between two bismuth plates.
In order to show this demo, the bismuth plates and the larger lifter magnet must be carefully adjusted. Usually a few millimetres between the plates and a few centimetres to the large lifter magnet is sufficient (see picture). Related concepts: Diamagnetic levitation
