Super Conductor

Description

Small magnet floats in the air! Demonstrates Meissner Effect.

Small cube magnetic floats in mid-air! Super conductor is cooled in liquid nitrogen, placed on insulating surface, and magnet is placed on top where it floats just above surface. Poke magnet to get it spinning. Slide a sheet of paper between the magnet and the super conductor to show it is not being supported (PS. the broken one has better effect )
