===== Purpose ===== To demonstrate how wires with current flowing in the same direction attract, while wires with current flowing in opposite directions repel. ===== Apparatus ===== Attraction/Repulsion setup Large power supply pictured below (located at the end of the workbench) ===== Setup ===== Plug in the power supply and connect the wires to the setup. Set powerstat to 60 and flip on. Do not leave the power supply on for more than 3 seconds to prevent overheating!
