Kelvin Water Dropper
Description
Water drops through metal tubes to metal cans that are cross-connected, which build up opposite charges.

Setup
Fill the top tank with water and open the valves to start flow. Observe the discharge.
Notes
Needs testing to ensure it works properly, particularly that it actually builds up charge and is able to discharge properly.
