Preparation: DO NOT touch the handles before using, until they have been wiped with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), and the users hands have been thoroughly washed. The reason for this is that naturally occurring oils in the hands and dust on the handles is enough impact to reduce the effect. Usage: After the handles have been properly cleaned and hands have been washed, keep hands wet and rub the handles in a steady rhythm.
