Damped Harmonic Oscillator

Equipment: Square cardboard piece, mass, spring, stand, Labpro and position sensor.

Setup
A piece of cardboard is fitted onto a mass, and the resulting periodic motion when hung from a spring is damped. Using the position sensor below the mass, Loggerpro will create a nice decaying exponential. Updated on 05/30/13
