DC Motor, 0-10 V Power Supply  



===== Setup =====


The motor consists of a cored armature coil rotating with two commutator segments between the magnetic field of two field coils (also with cores). The field coils can be connected in series or in parallel with the armature and the motor runs on a voltage between 5 and 10 V.   Can then also use a multimeter to show that the motor in fact generates a voltage that can be used to power other things.  Updated on 05/30/13
